error code ui/_menus.nut#1392

Product: Apex Legends
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One

What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? ll KREEP ll
Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible.
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)?
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. trying to get to the lobby
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. loading to the game menu
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 12521
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 2020.02.04
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? error code screen pops up
What should be happening instead? it should load the game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? sign into my account and try to load the game

trying to play apex and as soon as i sign in from the main menu and try to go to the play menu i get error screen that says " there was a problem processing game logic. please try again. ------ ui/_menus.nut#1392 UI Expected non-null value, found "null" ". when switching to a different gamertag the game works perfectly fine. 

  • nope, you guys fixed it 👍 . but i still have the lvl 500 bug 😢 but at least i can play again 👍

  • I experienced this same bug, but on PS4. I rebooted when it happened, and when it came back up the game was no longer on my dashboard or in my library. It was, however still taking up space in my storage, but it was not showing as installed so I couldn't free the space. I reinstalled the game, but as soon as it finished installing and copying, the same exact same thing happened. It disappeared from my dashboard where it was showing as it was downloading, and from my library as well. This leads me to believe that it may not be an issue with the game itself, but that the first time the bug occurred it corrupted my game data.

    @Young_Lewd Weird, looks like it's working now after installing a third time. Must've just been something funky going on that resolved itself.
