Event packs - NO event item

DONT OPEN EVENT PACKS !

Me and my mate opened the free event pack and we didnt get any item from the event ! just random greys/blues and on store we still have 1/36 items collected from the event.

the 1 is from the previous week....

also, why i cant send a ticket anymore and why is it so difficult to give our feedback for ur own game on ur own site??? JEEZ 

sending on ur forum..im laughing, i hope some decent employee check this out at least, about the lost progress; steam is on fire btw.
