    Thanks for providing the video.

    Bloodhounds tactical does not scan behind him, and also not on his left and right sides. It is more of a cone in front of him.

    I think in your video the cone just didn't hit him. The octane was too far on your right side (almost 90+ degrees), which is why you didn't scan them.
