Firing range glitch

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I was in the firing range alone
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Testing weapons and trying to fix my aim to stop drifting

How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? As I was changing my settings and shooting I start to notice that the targets were being affected by being shot but it wasn’t me shooting it and I was also running around and was hit with Revenants ability that affects my abilities I have videos of the things I was seeing but I am not able to upload them onto this report
What should be happening instead? Not being affected by people who aren’t in my game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play in the firing range while someone is on the same server
