Thank you for your reply. I am originally Japanese, so the PS5 language is Japanese. So I once set the PS5 to another language such as English, and then changed it back to Japanese, but it didn't change anything... I have installed the language pack on the PS5, but it seems that I can't uninstall the language pack alone, and the PS5 is really inflexible, so it's a hassle. My home internet connection is not very fast, so I want to avoid reinstalling the game.

The language pack is working. That being said, go to Apex on the PlayStation store and check the DLCs. Find the language pack for Japanese and reinstall the language pack, if it lets you.

- The PS5 also has language packs, but once you download and install them, you cannot delete the language packs. Therefore, you cannot reinstall them. I changed the PS5 system language to English, but I will try again and get back to you.
