Floating Interactables in 1st person as Crypto

What happens when the bug occurs? Upon switching to a weapon, I can see an item floating just in front of me. The first time, at drill site, it was an ultimate accelerant(which was not in my inventory). It's screen was blank and it just floated near the bottom right of my view, locked to my x, but not my y (I could look down and it would raise, locked in 3d height, but it would always be to the right, locked to the direction I was looking. All three items acted the same way.). My weapon was drawn, and the object remained there until I holstered it. The second time, in the same screen location(but at tree), a shield battery (which I did have on me) floated in the same space. Then, at geyser a few games later, still as crypto and immediately after picking up a weapon, I had crypto's drone controller Rubik's cube thing in front of me, floating in the same spot. It was closed and not glowing, and again disappeared when I holstered my weapon.
What should be happening instead? Consumable item model should not appear when not in use
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My best guess would be to rapidly pick up consumables and weapons as crypto. For one of the occurrences I did not have my drone out, but the items appeared when weapons were "lifted." My teammates were randoms and did not have mics, so I don't know if they could see the items. This occured about once every three games, usually near the beginning (before the first ring, but after the dropship was gone).
I unfortunately didn't think to capture footage, but will be sure to do so if it happens again. Considering it happened multiple times, I can't imagine I'm the only one who has seen it. Thanks for this awesome game and keep up the good work!
