What happens when the bug occurs? In training mode, the tutorial starts. The weapon racks are empty. Bloodhound is running around the location and tries to teach me things I've learned 100+ gaming hours ago
What should be happening instead? The game checks how many hours the player has in the game, or what level they have, and based on this decides whether they should spend their time on this tutorial or not. Or the Bloodhound just stands at the spawn and offers to go through an optional tutorial.

And what should I write here? What is obvious that the developers think that five minutes of players' time is negligible, which is why it's not worth writing a couple of lines of code with conditions?
