Founder's Pack Removed Items After I'd Used Them Before.

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Waiting for the game to start.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure. It just happened.
So basically, I bought the Founder's Pack a while back. It worked fine, I had everything that came with it.
I play some games today, I have the Founder badge equipped, it's all dandy.
Log off for a while. Come back online.
Play a game to realize my Founder's Badge was unequipped from my Pathfinder. Strange.
Go into my inventory, I see the badge is locked.
I go to see the Founder's skins, they're all gone.
I go to see the Notorious One Hemlok skin, it's gone.
