Friends list incorrectly shows friends as level 1 Wraith's

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Friends list
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Inspecting friends details to try and work out why they keep dissapearing from my list

What happens when the bug occurs? I see a random selection of friends in my friends list and when I inspect some of them it incorrectly shows that they are all level 1 Wraith's.
What should be happening instead? I should see all my friends and their correct details
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Find a PC account with a friends list that is as broken as mine now is. My friends list has been broken like this for several weeks.

The video below shows that the information for the few offline friends that the list has decided to show me are all level 1 Wraiths. If you watch the list incorrectly says that I have 13 friends (this should be around 70). Shorly after inspecting the first friend the list I suddenly only seem to have 12 friends and "TTvtoxicAlfie" (top right) just vanishes from my list.

This list changes all the time and only seems to show a rancom selection of between 3 and 12 of my friends. I have onine friends that I cannot see as well as lots of offline friends that I cannot see.

    @EA_David The friends list is still not working correctly even when Apex is launched via the EA app. I added a follower on last nights stream. They could see me in their friends list be they were no added to my friends list. I tried restarting Apex but their name still did not appear in my friends list. They then sent me a squad invite and in the end I had to join their lobby (not ideal as I lose control of my lobby diring a stream). I checked my friends list after playing a few games with them and found that i could now see them in my friends list. I also tried adding several other people but they never even received my friend invite and I did not receive theirs.

    The in game name for this player is "iSinzOn60fps" which does not appear on my friends list. Instead (after lots of investigation) they appear as "McDINNERz" a level 1 Wraith:

    That's interesting, I'll raise this quirk in the thread on this. It looks like it's trying to use (likely nonexistent) PC player data, rather than the console player data, so it's not appearing for you to invite and you get the blank Wraith.

    Now it's possible that this is related to settings on ISinzOn60fps' side, but my gut instinct is that this isn't the case.
