I have the same problem and I uninstalled the game, tried multiple accounts so it definitely is for all the console. I noticed it doesn't put me in the game when the tick doesn't appear next to my name in the lobby and found I have to leave the lobby after the game and rejoin to fix the issue. My friends say the tick appears on their screen hence why they are put in the game without me. I think the problem is the lobby freezes for me as I can't see if they ready up or if they have left the previous game if I load into the lobby first. Please fix ASAP as it is very very annoying.
I'm having the same issue on PC. Incredibly frustrating for myself and my teammates going into ranked matches missing a player and getting left behind.
I have tried all of the "troubleshooting" methods in another thread from February of 2019 and it still doesn't work.
