I have the same problem and I uninstalled the game, tried multiple accounts so it definitely is for all the console. I noticed it doesn't put me in the game when the tick doesn't appear next to my name in the lobby and found I have to leave the lobby after the game and rejoin to fix the issue. My friends say the tick appears on their screen hence why they are put in the game without me. I think the problem is the lobby freezes for me as I can't see if they ready up or if they have left the previous game if I load into the lobby first. Please fix ASAP as it is very very annoying.
I tried many things and the most efficient one was to disable origin in game from the game properties tab. I got into a few games without having the bug at all but a day later the bug started
occuring again. I really like this game but the fact that this bug is preventing me from playing is really annoying. They need to fix it.
