Issue started today after about 2 hours of play - when firing a full-auto weapon, the gun will randomly stop shooting and then start and stop again at random intervals.  Tested in both firing range and in match - in firing range, it happens about 1 in every 10 sprays, in matches much more often, practically every time a full auto weapon is fired.

Additionally, when using a wingman, the gun will fire twice when I only click once and burst weapons (hemlock and prowler) will fire two rapid bursts when only clicking once.

I know the issue is software related and only in-game/firing range because i have no mouse problems or irregularities outside of apex or in the apex lobby.

  • I have the exact same bug although I've found it hard to replicate in the firing range. Only seems to occur for me in live matches. It's happening every spray now. Completely breaks the game. Using a Logitech G403 mouse. I've tried repairing and reinstalling the game but I haven't found any fix.
