[Game Crash] Engine Error - 0x887A0006 - "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG"

Hello all I played the game yesterday and i had no problem , today I played some matches but in my last game the game crashed 2 times and both of those times I had this error it crashe...

I'm also experiencing this error, sometimes the error doesn't even display.
Monitors completely black out and or the game freezes on a specific frame.

I have rarely ever crashed before the May 10, 2022 update.
Now 2-3 times per match, Apex is unplayable until the dev team fixes this, it could be in a middle of a fight crash, lobby crash, training grounds crash. Most times have required me to force shut down of the pc via power button.

Default settings across the board.
