Game Crash Internal Server Error

Been happening every game since this new update

Happened about 7 times to me mid game. Xbox platform. Since tonight's update.

If you activate the panel in caustic treatment, and the gas goes back up the whole lobby crashes.

Tried it 3 times, 3 crashes in a row. Saw a team drop there, 2 mins later game crashed.

From what I've seen the big has a 70 percent chance of happening , I don't know if it's Xbox only or everyone has this problem. It started to happened consistently.

What should be happening instead? not crashing in the middle of a game. Only experainced this since the new update
