I have exactly the same issue.

Arctis 7

AMD Ryzen 5 3600X

Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 S
Windows 11

@Ramboyeah Hey, this is known and being worked on. In the meantime, please make any audio hardware changes before you boot up Apex.

    @EA_David the problem is that it is not about hardware change. What I have to to do while in Apex is to go to Windows Sound settings and then choose my output device and then turn off and on the Audio Enhancements. If I do that before I boot up Apex it is not aplied to Apex.
