Game crashes when trying to exit the "MATCH SUMMARY" screen

Attaching the video file is just giving me an error message about .mp4 being an invalid extension, and none of the listed valid extensions appear to be video file extensions, so it doesn't look like I'll be able to include it here. If there's some way to include the video file or somewhere else I should send it, just let me know.
