Game does not let me grab back onto Zip-Lines after jumping off.

What happens when the bug occurs? I jump off a zip-line, and I cannot grab back onto it to go the other day, or simply drop and latch back on instantly.
What should be happening instead? When you jump off a zip-line, the intended mechanic is that you are supposed to be able to instantly grab back onto the zip-line. Watch any TwitchTV Apex streamer - Dizzy, MoonMoon_OW, etc. and see they do this often. Multiple YouTube videos say you can do this as well.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know. None of my squad-mates can do this either. Yet everyone on the internet is seemingly doing it at will. What's the problem?
