We have been looking into the high CPU usage that people have been seeing since the current Season started. It is interesting to note that it doesn't happen in Arenas.
Have you tried playing any BR matches since yesterday? Are you still seeing any freezes happening outside of Arenas?
I have the same issue when I turn on texture streaming budget in the video settings. My game is perfectly fine until I open box or my inventory, I have to turn off texture streaming budget to stop having this issue.
