Game keeps freezing and disconnecting. Weapons are invisible.

These clips are all from the same match. I dont get a chance to choose my character and then all of a sudden I'm on the ground and can look around but the world is frozen so I'm forced to wait until I'm killed or the ring gets me. It doesn't happen every single game but its happening quite frequently and it sucks cause I lose RP when it happens, just tryna get to plat ☹️. On the bright side I did finally get an heirloom which is something I suppose

    Thanks! I appreciate that. 

    It looks like the in-game indicators for latency and packet loss are both coming up when this happens. There is something else I'd like to try to see if it helps. Can you try setting a static IP on your Xbox when you have the chance? 

    The Port Forward website has step-by-step instructions on how you can set up a static IP. Once you've been able to give this a try please let me know if you're still running into these same freezes or any other issues. Thanks again!

      @EA_Kent I didn't do the IP thing but for whatever reason I haven't had any issues for a couple of days now so whatever was wrong seems to have fixed itself. Looks like I can finally get back to the ranked grind. Thanks for all your help though, you've been very helpful
