I know you guys said you haven’t posted anything because you guys have no updates on the issue but surely you can see that this issue is starting to affect more people has the days go by and if that isn’t a reason for whoever is responsible to try and address and fix this as quick as possible then I don’t know what is. More and more people are starting to be affected and the season hasn’t been out for a week and some of us have been dealing with it for almost a month now. What’s it going to take for this to be a priority

Hi @Reciplay,
Like shaxzq mentioned there is an issue we've been tracking that's preventing certain accounts from connecting to the Apex Legends servers. However, the issue you're describing sounds like it could be something different. In your case is this only happening with a specific account, or do you get this same error message regardless of which account you're trying to access?

- 5 years ago@EA_Kent it's just my account, yeah. I've just created a new one for a new user and it works fine. I don't get any error message, it just throws me back to the title screen again.

@EA_Kent @EA_Aljo @EA_David I cannot send a video, but this is what I see, in sequence. the dark lobby appears for 2 seconds or so, when it does. the first time it appeared, I even got a message and Pathfinder talking about the new ranked series resetting, but again, it only lasted a few seconds

It's happening to me and I dont want to get a new account I've spent to much money so can you fix it or no

- 5 years ago@EA_Kent I'm unable to go past the start screen with my main account. I just get redirected back to the start screen(where we click continue) every single time after the update. I tried reinstalling and repairing the game too Works fine with my friend's account on my PC. Im currently on lv340+ and spent money for BP. Please hear us out apex and put this issue to bed.

Thank you for the updates and additional info. This issue is still under investigation, and the team is working on getting it fixed. I'm afraid I don't have any updates to share at the moment, but I hope this can be fixed soon.I know this has been a really frustrating issue to deal with, and I appreciate everyone's patience while it's under investigation.
