Hi @Reciplay, 

Like shaxzq mentioned there is an issue we've been tracking that's preventing certain accounts from connecting to the Apex Legends servers. However, the issue you're describing sounds like it could be something different. In your case is this only happening with a specific account, or do you get this same error message regardless of which account you're trying to access?

It's happening to me and I dont want to get a new account I've spent to much money so can you fix it or no

        My dearest friend  ea plz fix this bug because I have put more than 200€ on apex and I have an helium it is all I had and I don't know what to do @EA_Kent
