Hi everyone,
Thank you for the updates and additional info. This issue is still under investigation, and the team is working on getting it fixed. I'm afraid I don't have any updates to share at the moment, but I hope this can be fixed soon.
I know this has been a really frustrating issue to deal with, and I appreciate everyone's patience while it's under investigation.

@EA_Kent Hi! I have the same problem on PS4, always kicking me beck to "continue" title screen without any error message. I have tried everything they mention in this, or the technical issue forum. I have this problem since season 8 update day 1.
One thing I found out:
After I press x and connecting to the server, the lobby/main menu start to load. If I am fast enough and disconnect the internet while loading, I can get into the main menu with my account, but since i dont have internet, nothing is working, and after a 15-20 sec I get kicked beck to title screen due to connectivity issue. Also If i press squere (opening battle pass) whille in lobby sometimes I get an error message, says a logical issue happend.
And also if i got into the main menu (while disconnected) and connect again to the network, I immidiately get kicked to title screen without any error message.
My guess is that this is an Account authentication based issue.
Wild guess: Do you guys use some new autamatic banning mechanism or software? Maybe our accounts have some sort of automatic shadow ban for whatever reason?.....
Pleas if this info any help, pass this to dev team! I really want my account beck to play with my friends.

- 5 years ago@xRazor91x someone just wrote on another thread that he was able to disconnect the internet and connect it back while the lobby was loading and spammed Esc button (to remove all the rewards screen loading) once all the rewards notification are skipped he was able to load the game normally
not sure if this is applicable for consoles as well or only PC- 5 years ago

Maybe someone already posted something similar, but Itry to help.
I have a solution for the connection problem, where the game kick you beck to title screen wirhout getting to lobby and without any error message.
As I read a lot about this problem, I figured the problem is, that the server and your account, can not process the rewards for season 8.
I manage to make it work on ps4 bot to me and to my brother with the next steps:
1. On the title screen press "X" to contiue
2. Wait for the black screen with the Apex logo on bottom rigth corner (2-3 sec)
3. As soon the appeard, disable your internet connection. - If you time it right you will land in main menu/lobby
4. You will start getting the season 8 rewards, that you have to accept/cacnel as fast as possible
5. Connect you internet again, and it will drop you out to title screen again without error.
6. Than press X to reconnetc, and you will be able to lig in succesfully.
Additional info:
- If you get kicked bect to title screen with any error message during process (mostly with some connectivity issue) you was not fast enugh, or not timed the disconnection right.
- As I read it, sometimes they reconnect the netwrok right after they get into lobby, and then start to cancel the rewards, but it does not work for me (kicked to title screen as soon as i reconnected, witout error message again). The most important thing I think, that the server have to register, that you accepted the rewards!
- This method seems to work on most of the platforms.

I have the exact same problem as the other people as of now. But before that I could sometimes play a round but 90% of my games eventually froze.. I have reinstalled the game two times now. Eventually my PS4 crashed and I needed to reinstall my Software which deleted everything.
My connection is fine and every other game runs perfectly on it (PS4 Slim 2019 btw).
I don’t know if this helps but here are my exact informations:Systemsoftware: 8.03
System: PS4 Slim 1 TB from end of 2019.
Apex Version: Version 1.58 (just updated recently)
PSN: Brisco_GER
I am also using a Bluetooth Headset from Turtle Beach.Maybe someone from this thread has any similarities?
I know that Apex works fine for a friend of mine who has a fresh PS4 slim version.
PS: I have never had issues when I played Season 01 to 03 but I stopped and wanted to play in Season 08 again. But it is unplayable as of nowAnd yes I also get the PS Freeze Error code as well.
