Geforce Experience Highlights is not working in STEAM version APEX

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. All of the map
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. When I downed or killed someone etc. Any moment that geforce experience Highlights would save the clip if using Origin version of game

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Long time ago I assume
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) From the end of last year (I think)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens, that's the problem. Because Geforce Experience Highlights functionality is not activated in Steam verison of the game.(Origin version on the other hand, is working fine)
What should be happening instead? Highlights functionality should be activated in game, and when I downed or killed someone, it should clip that for me.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play STEAM version of the game and try down or kill someone see if the highlights functionality is working. Try enable Highlights functionality in Geforce Experience overlay and see if that little clapperboard icon shows up.
As the title said, Geforce Experience Highlights is not working in STEAM version APEX Legends, like at all. (the Highlights functionality in Origin version is working fine, on the other hand)
Please activate it.

By the way, the RAGDOLLS setting in game is broken too, you can never set it to High. It always jumps back to Medium no matter how many times you save the setting.
