Getting ur restricted from using communication ps5 doesn't appear every time

I can use communication features still I very downloaded the ps4 version and it doesn't pop up at all so it's a ps5 version bug

    Everyone seems to be getting this on PS5 today.  Here is a fix:

    Go to the settings under "User and account > other > console sharing and offline play" disable the sharing and save the settings. It will log you out so when you log back in go enable the setting again.

Did not  work for me... I also tried the original direction of disabling the share settings and that did NOT work either... I have no parental controls on my account yet it acts like I do... all my PS5 defaults are set to "DO NOT RESTRICT" and everything... been dealing with this all morning and I have confirmed that ALL my accounts have verified emails and security and everything... it is completely locking me out from playing CHEL and I am beyond frustrated... the GAME IS UNPLAYABLE....
