This has happened in two matches in a row now as Gibraltar. Seems to happen more frequently with him than other characters but I can't be sure. I am trying to use my tactical ability (dome shield) and it's bound to mouse wheeldown. It's usually during fire fights and I think I might be hitting reload right before, but instead it forces me into a syringe heal. This should be easily repeatable and fixable.
