Same here, just couldn't rez myself. This also doesn't work in the Firing Range either. I just die instead of getting knocked.

@bakasasss142 This functionality has now been removed in S14 and has now a "Guardian Angel" perk that provides a boost to health and shields to the squadmate that you revive. But according to the Apex Legends Wiki, this self-revive mechanic is now only available on mobile.

Read the patch notes for S14.
The gold Knockdown was nerfed and now performs like the gold Backpack as of the start of S14 so this is not a BUG. Self Res was removed from the game.
The Gold Backpack was also changed.
