green screen ps5 while about to squad knock? Hackers destroying consoles!

What happens when the bug occurs? green screen and shuts my system off like you guys have hackers... literally both my teammates were down I was about to knock the final player and suddenly my ps5 goes green and shuts off? Like the guy literally flipped a switch or/// like an admin was playing showing off for his buddies and refused to take the L from a freshly returning "noob female"
What should be happening instead? I should have been able to continue my game play win or loss

Just came back to apex after about a year and a half hiatus due to unaddressed issues with the game kicking us mid game
I play my ps5 extensively and have never ever had this happen. Maybe my 10th game back in APEX about to squad knock the last player in trios... and right before I down him....
GREEN SCREEN AND PLAYSTATION CUTS OFF??? like he hit a switch??? like please tell me wtf is going on?
I have never had green screen crash on my ps5 and this is really rubbing me the wrong way given it happened on apex 1st day back... and their history of server issues????
