Hd textures Frozen Download

Product: Apex Legends
Platform:PC

Where did the issue occur? Loading into the match from the lobby
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Lobby
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Loading
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 3
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? It is stuck at 29 percent downloading hd texture for 1 day now.
What should be happening instead? It should download

    *FIX*FIX*FIX*FIX*FIX*

    Guys! I just spent 7 (seven) days trying to fix Apex Legends installation on a new Windows 10 system. Believe me, you wouldn't like to hear me swearing during the last week. 😉
    I had that issue with download reaching 100% then going back to 44% (apparently HD textures), in one case some directx errors came out as well. 
    I tried every f*'n method to fix this, including multiple reainstallations of Windows Origin, Apex, cache cleaning, direct x installations, VC++ fixes etc. Nothing worked!
    My last hope was to check RAM modules. The test (msched command) shown that my RAM is corrupted. I removed one of 2 RAM modules (8GB each) and run tests on both of them separately. After identyfying which RAM module is corrupted (luckily only one of them) I just removed it and started brand new Origin and Apex installation.

    ---> And it worked IMMEDIATELY!!!

    i have the same issue with my game. I HAVE WITH THIS ISSUE AROUND ONE DAY, I KEEP TRYING RESTARTING THE COMPUTER BUT IT'S BEEN STILL ON THE 62%.

    i CAN PLAY BUT IS NOT ENJOYABLE

    Try this:

    Flush DNS:

    Windows 10

    1. Hold down the Windows Key and press X.
    2. Click Command Prompt (Admin).
    3. When the command prompt opens, type ipconfig/flushdns and press Enter.
    4. Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter.
    5. Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
    6. Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
    7. Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
    8. Reboot your computer.

    Clear temp files:

    Navigate to where your drives and dvd drives are, then right click the C drive and open properties.

    Click disk cleanup and follow thw prompts

    Followed your steps exactly.  Still had the HD Textures frozen at the same state.  

    I then opened Origin and saw that repair Apex was finally able to be clicked.  Sure enough, there was a corrupted file.  Hopefully, this will help someone that has the same problems.

    Sadly, I'm on a PS4.
    I also tried rebuilding the database.

    Still didn't work.

    Shot out an email to Apex support. No response.

    Close Origin.

    Go to your Apex install location

    Delete OriginaSDK.dll (backup copy first)

    Open Origin

    Your download should restart.
