Health bar appearing above Mirage's head in ULT and when invisible

What happens when the bug occurs? The health bar appears above Mirage sometimes when he his invisible. This can happen after a knock or as he uses his ULT. Also, if he is hit as he uses his ULT the health bar appears above his head rendering the decoys useless.
What should be happening instead? The health bar should not appear when Mirage is invisible or using his ULT
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Firing range, play around with Mirage and a friend. Notice when the health bar gives away his position rendering his abilities useless.
