Heirloom glitch after update

Product: Apex Legends
Platform:Sony Playstation 4

Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? Wraith
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Middle of the new map but I saw it on my legend before I loaded in and pressed equip because I thought my friend bought me it
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Playing duos
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Idk
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Monday November 7th 2022
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I have a heirloom that shows I don’t own it in shop nor on the legend itself and I don’t know why
What should be happening instead? I own it in shop and the pose and Intro quip
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no clue but could you refund me the heirloom shards so I can re buy my 2 heirlooms cause I don’t understand what this glitch is It doesn’t show I own it

Soo after the update I still have wraiths heirloom I can’t unequip it at all so just letting you guys know because I have a heirloom but it doesn’t say I own it in shop so please look into this I don’t want my account banned

  • It's an issue that they're looking into it, sadly enough a lot of users seem to be exploiting this as they found a way to replicate it.

    I'm personally not sure if they are willing to ban a ton of users for this, though if you want to be safe then I'd recommend to contact EA:

    They'll most likely be able to remove it from your account.

  • @XHelperZ i did already they said they are investigating it hopefully I just get refunded 2 heirloom shards so I can re buy them and not deal with this bug :/
  • @XxNaruto_Uzamaki "refund me the shards" They ain't gonna give you free heirloom shards when you didn't own the heirlooms in the first place lol, what are you on about... literally everyone in this game now is abusing the glitch, you did too lol you knew exactly what you were doing 🤣

  • @eu_MYTHIC Actually I didn’t till I logged onto tik tok for the first time in a while and I was like oh makes sense so idc what they do at this point just remove it overall
