During the Lunar New Year event when the servers were extremely laggy, I purchased all the event skins for $200 so I can get the beloved heirloom shards. I knew exactly which heirloom I wanted (pathfinders). When I went to purchase pathfinders heirloom, I opened the box and it was extremely laggy. When the box finally opened, LIFELINES heirloom appeared. I had literally purchased Pathfinders but somehow it glitched and gave me lifelines. I contacted EA support but they addressed that in-game purchases cannot be changed or refunded. So now I am stuck with an heirloom for a character that I don't like. Literally $200 down the drain. I spent so much money just so I could be disappointed. I really wish there was a refund system where I had the opportunity to refund an Heirloom at least 1 time...
