How do I contact a person to help me I’ve been through the ringer with this bs

@tacorito12355 The “this account is not permitted to play online” message doesn't mean the account was banned, (as it would say "banned", if you were banned).

I would start here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/problems-playing-online/ and if you're still having issues, you could try contacting EA Support. You could also try changing the data center you are connected to, and see if that fixes the problem.
