How do I contact a person to help me I’ve been through the ringer with this bs

I keep getting this message while playing apex legends, ill be in the middle of a game and then i will be kicked out to the title screen with the message of "this profile is not permitted to play online". This has only started happening ever since ive switched from ps4 to pc and it is really annoying, after about 15 seconds of this screen it lets me back in but then 2 matches later it says the same thing.

I have one sanction account thing on my ban history but that was 3 years ago and i dont think it would take this long for it to take into affect.
