I play on xbox series s and after getting the cross progression prompt, it says I need to play orientation matches even though i've been playing for well over a year or more. I also can't even ready up to play the orientation matches, my name and level above my character in lobby are also missing...
@arizonaya I am also having this same issue, have been looking everywhere for a fix but can't get any advice from anywhere, haven't been able to play for a week

Same problem here. Only have training and orientation option. Went through training again to see if it would trigger anything. Nothing happened. Has been like this since yesterday 11 pm CST.
Okay, so this literally just happened to me too. I've been playing for years and literally played just fine yesterday. Now, all I have is the orientation matches option. It won't even let me load into that either. It's so frustrating.
I was literally playing just fine THE WHOLE DAY BTW, was playing Duos with my friend and then all of a sudden i got this orientation match thing, i was legit no-life playing this game the whole day cause im on vacation and now this is happening, im "glad" that its happening rn to not only me because i heard its a rare issue and i dont want my account to be locked away.
Same thing just happened to me I'm deleting the app and re-downloading it to see if that'll help but it probably won't
