This forum has a lot of useful info and experienced users, but we cannot open your account to take a look. The people at the support can do that.
I would suggest calling them back (chatting, etc) and stating that you don't receive the items you paid for. They can open your account to see what is going on.
So, please contact EA support
If this doesn't work, please update me by responding to this thread!

Hello i am Ziga i play on origin with the name:TheAliexpress007my Ea account has the same name. This is not the first time this happened to me so is kinda anoying being in a disadvantage playing the game. So when i level up in the battle pass i get a notification that i have gotten packs or apex coins but when i leave the notification the packs aren't there. This happens to me every time so it is very sad and disappointing. I get apex packs just from leveling up .Please help me with this problem of mine. EDIT: i we reached level 100 didnt get the 100 apex coins again and i figured out that i really never get it despite the notification.
I have contacted Ea help 4 times now they are sending me the same message: I would like to advise you to please wait for 24 hours .Also request you to clear the cache of Origin. despite the fact i told them i did it and that it doesn"t work.
