It's possible that there aren't a lot of players in your region playing.
This could be caused by you playing at times where there aren't a lot of players online or because your region doesn't have a lot of players.
Changing your datacenter might give you some faster queue times, at the cost of possibly some ping.
Thank you! I do play at odd times and i will try some other regions that aren’t too laggy. Do you know the most played on regions??

I don't really know which servers have a lot of players, though you can just look for datacenters from larger cities (As these typically have more players online at odd times)
Though you'll probably have to try multiple datacenters to see which ones have more player activity, best way would be to probably also check the timezones to see which servers would be more likely to have more players.
Hopefully you'll get matches way faster in other regions.
