I can’t add a friend on apex through cross play please help

@kimo0151 Have the same issue on the platform Xbox - tried to find many accounts which are on Pc, Xbox, Ps4 and 5 and Switch couldn't find the person's (the settings were correct on both sides).
A little solution was to join a club and invite to a game from the club. But a friendrequest is even with this solution not possible.
