I can’t add a friend on apex through cross play please help

This is so bum I had a profile and I lost half my stuff in it somehow first time getting on it since like season 5 and I’m missing characters I had and I can’t send a invite to my brother it says his account isn’t found and when he looks mine up it says the same thing apex needs a way I can contact them because this is messed up. Please helps EA
