    Hi @mindnightpanada, 

    Has your friend checked their account privacy settings to make sure they have cross-play and invites enabled?

I have a similar issue. I play on Nintendo switch and  I can’t add friends. Luckily I noticed in the friends screen it said you may have one or more privacy setting on your EA account that might be limiting their ability to send you friend or club invites. But I can’t find the setting.

    Hi @coocoocolin27, 

    You can change the privacy settings on your EA Account through the account management website. 

    You should see the Privacy tab on the left where you can change those settings.
