    Has your friend checked their account privacy settings to make sure they have cross-play and invites enabled?

GO to Origin app.then click Origing and click ea account and billing and it will open you  profile of  your go privacy settings to set that you can be seen by everyone and click real name and after all go update and thats all! Good luck!
