    If you've tried going through the steps @Midnight9746 has mentioned without any success, you'll want to get in touch with our support team directly regarding any purchases that are pending or complete if they did not provide the coins. We cannot make any changes for you via the forums, including adding missing coins.

    For any purchasing issues through EA directly, please be sure you've tried these steps as well. If you're also getting errors when trying a purchase through Steam, you'll need to get in touch with Steam support for more details.

    For the specific error you've mentioned, the only other option we can suggest here would be to get in touch with your bank and make sure they haven't flagged any payment attempts as suspicious, or use a different payment method.

@mrdetroit1 Could be that the card information was entered incorrectly, or that your bank had blocked the transaction, (usually because they had detected strange activity and this is to help prevent fraud).

Some players also lock their bank cards, and if you do that yourself, unlock the card first, and then try again.

If its any of these issues listed, sadly the forums cannot help with entering the correct card information, resolving the potential block, or unlocking/locking the card.

Those are all things you'll have to look into yourself or to contact your bank about.

Remember to never share person information, (such as the card's information), with anyone.
