    Hey @mrdetroit1,

    If you've tried going through the steps @Midnight9746 has mentioned without any success, you'll want to get in touch with our support team directly regarding any purchases that are pending or complete if they did not provide the coins. We cannot make any changes for you via the forums, including adding missing coins.

    For any purchasing issues through EA directly, please be sure you've tried these steps as well. If you're also getting errors when trying a purchase through Steam, you'll need to get in touch with Steam support for more details.

    For the specific error you've mentioned, the only other option we can suggest here would be to get in touch with your bank and make sure they haven't flagged any payment attempts as suspicious, or use a different payment method.

I am trying to buy it from Steam, we detected something suspicious on them, I cannot buy it temporarily, the event is passing, I am very victimized, please help

@mrdetroit1 If the event ends, and you weren't able to buy the packs, then the remaining event items will no longer be available, (but the Bloodhound recolor Heirloom will appear in the Mythic Store, (which would require 150 Heirloom Shards to unlock)).

    That's not the problem, there is 1 pack left for 150 heirloom shards

    I don't want bloodhunt's knife. I want the 150 heirloom shards that come with opening 26 packs and there is only 1 pack left. I can't buy that either.

        @mrdetroit1 Ah, I understand now.

        The goal is to get the Heirloom Shards from the Milestone Rewards Track.

        Overall, the problem seems to be an issue with the payment method.

        You can check here on how to troubleshoot issues with your payment method on the EA App, (for Steam, click here).

        You may need to contact your bank, and let them know to authorize the payment, (as your bank may be blocking the transaction to help prevent fraud).

        Where I bank at, (for example), I get notified of suspicious activity and those payments get declined if:

        - The bank's system suddenly detects an unusual payment, (usually when spending more than $300, (but it can happen for less).

        - The purchase was made in stores I don't frequent or shop at, (either online or in-person).

        - The purchase was made out of state, (which when I go on vacation out of state, I must tell my bank where I'll be and when, so their system won't block my purchases).
