What happens when the bug occurs? I have this issue where i want to spint but everytime i hit the r3 it will toggle for 1 second and then cut out. I need to do this around 2-3 times before it keeps sprinting, and after not sprinting it pretty much restarts the issue. The issue dosen't seem to be because of my controller, since in other games it works just fine. Could be that the controls in Apex are more sensitiv to small movements and a small change would therefore register as not wanting to sprint.
What should be happening instead? I feel an option in settings to have it "always run" when moving the stick to the edge or have a "flick twice" option so when you quickly flick the r3 upwards it will go into a run could fix this issue nicely.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It's not something that seems to affect a large group of people .It just happens when ever i want to sprint

I believe I have solved this issue! I use a mechanical keyboard that allows some settings to be customized. I started experiencing this issue, and then I realized that I had accidentally changed the 'repeat' speed setting on the keyboard. Meaning the speed at which the signal is sent to the computer when you hold down a key continuously. So when the shift key was being pressed, it was effectively spamming the game with too many Shift commands. When I changed the repeat speed back to normal the problem went away. If you aren't using a programmable keyboard, check the keyboard settings in your operating system.
