I did not receive my last season lvl 110 battlepass weapon skin

Product: Apex Legends
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. PC
AMD or Nvidia Model Number RTX 3060

What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? TamedSlime
Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible.
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)?
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Don't know if it happened right after my match where I completed lvl 110 in S15 BP or if it happened now in the new season.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I finished the S15 BP, never got the weapon skin reward.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? I don't know.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) within the last week of last season or when this season launched.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't receive the reward that I earned.
What should be happening instead? I should receive the reward that I earned.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete the BP, don't get the last reactive skin.

As the title says, I did not receive my reward after completing the BP last season. I did get the animated season badge and the lvl 100 weapon reactive skin but not my lvl 110 weapon reactive skin. I was told by EA live chat that they "don't have the tool to navigate that", which I find odd.
I'm posting here to see if this can be fixed as neither playing a game after I hit the max BP level nor contacting EA support has helped. Hoping that it can somehow get some attention here and be fixed or if there is any other way that I could get the skin.
I provided some images to prove what I'm saying is the truth.

    What happens when the bug occurs? After maxing out the Season 15 Premium Battle pass, level 110 charge rifle skin is not in my inventory.
    What should be happening instead? level 110 charge rifle skin should be in my inventory
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After completing the season 15 premium battle pass and receiving the badge icon I expected to also receive the level 110 charge rifle skin ' Upon logging in next season however, I had not received the skin but had received the badge along with the level 100 charge rifle skin. I completed the battle pass on the last day of Season 15.

    Hi, can you check again now? We ran an update which should address these cases, but we want to double check we got everyone.
