Same here, at level 13-14-15
I didn't receive a lootbox/tokens either, at level 13-14. I understand that you only get rewards every other level after 20, but the fact that we all missed out on rewards on different levels clearly indicates it's a bug. Hopefully it gets fixed. I was playing as Pathfinder, if that helps, and I won the match.
