I didn't receive my 50 stars in s19 after preordering the battlepass in s18

    Unfortunately it sounds like there may have been some confusion with that offer.

    The 50 stars(5 levels) are applied to the current Battle Pass which would have been the Season 18 pass at the time this was available, not the Season 19 Battle Pass.

But how is that fair? it wasn't clearly stated that these stars were meant for the current season's Battle Pass, not the next one. So, I was left unaware of the details. I still firmly believe that I was led to believe otherwise by that offer, and I'm hoping for some form of compensation to address this matter.

    @FastCarMonkey Same thing happened to my husband and i. We were talking and we didn't even get the option to purchase the next seasons BP until we maxed out the current one. We are super disappointed about the stars. ☹️
