I didn't receive the free ash unlockbundle
I purchased the free ash unlockbundle from the Epic Games store but i didnt receive the launch skin in Apex Legends despite it showing the screen that i would have received it.
Thank you that you pointed out the skin name, I just found it in my legend locker.
It seems that the problem was fixed a while ago and is simply didn't notice the new skin in the locker.
I am deeply sorry to have bothered you and want to apologise for my mistake.
