What happens when the bug occurs? My ranking score has been tampered with. Four times, totaling 3800 points, were added while I was asleep and hadn't even turned on my computer, which bumped me from Platinum 3 to Diamond 4. I checked various match-tracking platforms to see if someone had logged into my account to play, but none of the platforms showed any game records. Instead, as shown in the screenshot, a random increase of 800 to 1000 RP was added. There is even one time, after logging in, I found that my ranking score had increased by 900 points. When I immediately checked on the tracking platform, I only saw the record of the points added (still no game record), and the record indicated that the points were added at the moment of my login. I am happy to receive free RP, but this is really strange. I hope the official team can fix this bug or help me investigate if someone else has logged into this account for malicious purposes.
What should be happening instead? The ranking score I had before my last logout shouldn't be different from the ranking score I see upon my next login, especially not by 1000 points.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Actually, I'm not sure, but you can look at my account "shinominn0415" to review my past login and match records. This bug occurred around the beginning of Season 20, roughly between late February and early March.
