I got into a game before a apex pack finished opening and couldn't find my loot

    Hi @TenshiGenji, 

    Whenever you open a pack the contents are automatically added to your account, even if you don't actually see the pack opening animation. If you aren't seeing any new stuff on your account, I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull it up and take a look. They should be able to see the pack contents. 

    For more information on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook as well.
