i have 502 packs and no heirloom shards

Hi, unfortunately we don't have any sort of pack counter. If your personal calculations are at 502, I'd guess there's a mixup.

Common sources of mixups are purchases of Event packs and direct item purchases, please factor these into pack opening calculations. 

I'm not sure why  the ticket was closed, but it appears to have been an automated action.
